What’s Happening

So far in the 2010/2011 membership year the members of the Gold Coast Sportfishing Club have chased target species such as Flathead, Mangrove Jack, Wahoo, Marlin, Grunter and many more all with the aim of boosting their annual catch numbers. The monthly catch comps have gone from strength to strength with more captures being submitted each month. Anglers can submit 5 fish caught in local waters for annual points be sure to check the leader board to see the current placings. Three Club day comps have featured on the calendar including a great Boater, non-boater day which saw club members teamed randomly. All of the days have ended with a BBQ back and the club house with family members joining in on the fun.
