Exciting Times Ahead

Join the Committee and Help Shape the Future of the Club

As the club looks ahead to the future, we’re opening the doors and inviting passionate members of all ages to consider joining the committee—and now’s the perfect time to get involved.

From general roles to leadership positions like President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Sponsorship Coordinator, we’re searching for people who want to contribute to the club’s growth and community spirit.

Joining the committee isn’t a full-time job, but it does mean being part of a great team, working together to support monthly events and competitions. The regular commitment includes:

  • A monthly committee meeting on the first Tuesday of the month

  • Club night on the second Thursday of the month

  • A helping hand at competitions and major events like the iconic Flathead Classic

For those stepping into leadership roles, the involvement is a little more hands-on. It includes connecting with sponsors, supporting partnerships, and playing a key part in the club’s biggest events. It’s a great opportunity to build connections, contribute skills, and be part of something that matters.

Looking to gain experience in media or tech?
We’re also on the lookout for junior members who want to get involved in media, photography, video, and digital tech support during club nights. It’s a fantastic way to gain real-world experience, be creative, and work alongside some awesome people.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is happening this Thursday, and it’s the best chance to come along, find out more, and chat to the current committee about how you can get involved.

Location: Clubhouse (Northern Pavilion, Broadwater Parklands)
Time: from 6:30 pm

Whether you're a seasoned member or new to the scene, everyone’s welcome. Come down, have a yarn, and see where you might fit in—we’d love to have you on board.

Let’s shape the future together. See you Thursday!
