Mackerel Classic - JUNIOR ENTRY

Teams: 2-3 person teams
Entry Fee: $50 per junior angler
Briefing: Video published on Facebook – Friday, March 21 at 7:00 PM
Registrations Close: Friday, March 21 at 5:00 PM
Tokens: Published on Facebook – Friday, March 21 at 7:00 PM
Fishing Location: Launch from anywhere in Queensland waters
Fishing Times:
Start: Saturday at 5:00 AM
Cease: Saturday at 1:00 PM
Catch Submission:
Photograph all fish on a brag mat with the token clearly visible.
Write the token on paper or cardboard for visibility in all photos.
Submit scorecards by 1:15 PM via the Community Facebook Page.
Scoring and Prizes:
Submit three largest mackerel (maximum two Spanish, plus spotted or school).
Fish measured to the fork of the tail.
No slimy mackerel allowed.
Lure and bait fishing permitted.
Prize Categories:
Champion Junior Angler – 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Biggest Mackerel – Junior
Winners Announcement:
3:00 PM at the GCSFC Clubhouse
