Club Night Thursday 13th Chef Anthony Fullarton fish cooking demo

 

Join us on Thursday 13 September this week for our last club night before the Flathead Classic. Local Chef Anthony Fullerton will be our special guest speaker and will be demonstrating a few tips and techniques on preparing and cooking fish. Anthony is a keen fisho and was the winner of last years Blue Fin Boat at the Classic. He will plan his demonstration around what locally fresh fish is available on the day. Please bring the wife, bring the family . We will schedule the demo straight after our initial club update early in the evening. We will also be touching base in regards to the last minute happenings with the Classic and calling for volunteers in a few jobs.it will be your last chance to pay in cash and at regular prices before they go up to the late fee on the 14th. Sausage sizzle 6.30 meeting starts 7.15.pm
