Hi,

As a freshwater fisherman, I know very little about salt water fishing, so I’m looking for some advice. For the month of January we’ll be staying on Marco Island with a canal out our back door. Is it worth the effort to fish that canal from the dock? If so, bait recommendations and what could I expect to catch?
