Hi,

Again the recreational fisherman gets the fid !!!!! So no state budget means no opener 1 July !!!! The tribal and commercial will be allowed to fish throughout the closure from what I gather. Total bullsh  !So if no enforcement who then will issue citations?  I hear you Grizz but the knuckleheads in Olympia pulled their collective heads out of their collective posteriors and have reached a budget agreement.
