hello,

So I was playing the game last week, tried to buy pearls, had problems, logged out, was able to buy pearls, tried to log in, password wrong……..so had a ticket in still in the process of trying to figure it out. I did Verify Integrity of files and found 60 files that failed to validate and will reaquire, But they never download and even though Hemmingway is doing his best to help with the situation. I really don’t want to have to start over. Oh yeah,,,,i can create a new account and log in that way but not with my old account and it’s only on this computer. My Fiance’s computer allows me to log in without a problem.

Please help.
