Has anyone even seen anything like this? i started to do the core in my YT the other day, the core on the sides of the pad came up no problem and was the normal rotted end grain balsa. But when i began trying to remove the core in the pad, i noticed extremely thick glass on top of plywood cut into strips on top of another 1/2 of glass….. no balsa in the pad (unless its under the plywood) which at this point wouldn’t surprise me. i don’t know why someone would ever do this haha… any ideas? the core in this thing must weigh 50lb with all that glass and plywood planking. its going to be hell to remove.
