This year we are proud to announce new Caterers for the Classic and they come to us highly recommended . We welcome Clancy Catering to the Classic family and if their menu and customer service to date is anything to go by the food looks like it will be a feature of this years event. ROAST DINNER

Roast Beef, mustards, and red wine jus

High country pork, crackling, baked apple wedges

 Baked herb potatoes

Roasted butternut pumpkin, garlic and cumin seeds

Garden minted peas

 A selection of grain, vegetable and traditional breads

 Dessert:    individual Australian Pavlova finished with

Mixed berry compote Chantilly cream

BBQ MENU

Grass-fed rump mushroom sauce/pepper sauce

Marinated chicken pieces

Beef sausages and onion

Baked new potatoes, sour cream

Kumara, feta, pine nuts and rocket

Mediterranean pasta salad sundried tomatoes

Caesar salad, shaved parmesan, dressing, croutons

Continental French sticks

 Dessert:     fresh fruit salad and cream

FORK DISH MENU

Beef Stroganoff:

Tender beef strips cooked with mushrooms, sautéed onions, sour cream and tomato paste,

Bound with a rich demi-glaze sauce finished with white wine.

Cannelloni Ricotta and Spinach

Large tubes filled with spinach and ricotta and baked in a rich tomato and cheese sauce.

Lasagne Beef

Layers of pasta sheets interspersed with a tomato based meat sauce. This is topped

With a layer of creamy béchamel sauce and covered with a melted mixture of mozzarella

And parmesan cheese.

Lemon Peppered Chicken

Tender chicken in a lemon peppered reduction finished with spring onions.

All served with green leafy salads, rice and continental breads

Dessert:     Olde fashioned bread and butter pudding
