 We welcome back Catering by Clancy to the 2012 Flathead Classic. The team had rave revues last year and have returned with another fantastic menu. If this doesnt wet your appetite I don’t know what will!

Wednesday Dinner 3rd October 

ROAST DINNER

Corned beef, white onion gravy,

 Roasted pork loin, apple sauce, red wine jus, mustard

Scalloped potatoes,

 Butternut pumpkin, roasted baby onions, nutmeg dressing

Garden minted peas

Hot dinner roll

Dessert:         Individual Australian Pavlova,

                                  Finished with mixed berry compote, Chantilly cream

 

Thursday Dinner 4th October 2012

BBQ MENU

Grass-fed Rump,  Green pepper sauce

Marinated Chicken Hoisin

Grilled sausages and onions

 Baked herb potato sour cream

Mediterranean Pasta Salad, Marinated Vegetables, Baby Spinach

 Traditional Greek Salad, Feta, Oregano Dressing,

Avocado Caesar, Shaved Parmesan, Dressing, Croutons

                                                            French Baguettes

Dessert:       Peach Cobbler Served with Brandy Custard

Friday 5th October 2012 

FORK DISH MENU

Hungarian Goulash

Lean beef combined with Sweet Paprika, Cracked Black Pepper,Tomato puree’, Red wine, Braised with fresh root vegetables.

Cannelloni Ricotta and Spinach

Large tubes filled with Spinach and Ricotta and baked in a

     Rich Tomato and Cheese sauce.

   Lemon Peppered Chicken

Tender Chicken in a Lemon Peppered reduction, finished with Spring Onions.

 All served with green leafy salads, rice and tiger breads.

 Dessert:    Individual Olde English style Trifle

 

Saturday Luncheon 6th October

 Hot Beef, Pork and Chicken rolls,

 Continental Hot dogs

  German style Coleslaw,

Garden Green Salad

Accompanying Sauces
